PAC - MAN

Well I finally feel comfortable releasing the android 4.2 version of PAC-Man. I have done about 7 builds in 2 days working on fixes and such with ROMControl.

What is PAC-Man

It is a combination of Paranoid Android, AOKP, and CM10.1

ok it gives a new user thingy but umm wen i try switching it all goes to hell it all force closes

enable lock screen rotation lock your phone and turn it of and on...there ull see yur name/nickname and new user... when choosing new user it causes that problem btw how should we on changing the su binary to the superuser one?

Just download superuser from the play store and update the binary

Not going to work. For security purposes, ChainsDD disabled OTA updating binary, and hasn't enabled (to my knowledge) including the binary in the app like SuperSU does. So you're stuck with flashing a zip in recovery.

Temporarily disable the binary updater for security reasons

SuperSU does not support multiuser, but Superuser does/should by all reports (I haven't personally tested it).

Multi-user support with 3 modes

Could possibly be cue to switch to an open source su manager like Superuser, and let the user change to SuperSU if desired? Much easier on the end user, imo.

Is just something I haven't gotten around to yet.... In working on fixing rom control and waiting patiently for 4.2.2.... By the way did you get deployed

Here is flashable zip Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zipu - 1.08 MB ripped from tinys latest cm10.1 build flash in recovery if yu dislike supersu(maybe fixes multi user?) i sas able to switch users with alot of fc's but able to go into settings nd mod some of them then able to switch back to my (the owner) profile

gonna try to logcat it next to see whats going on...

The problem is still there for me but the fc is caused by theme chooser

Edit strike that users work 95% it causes a hot boot when you make a user but without using a theme chooser theme it works it is just very laggy

this is a great rom! i seem to have less memory in this rom for some reason, but even with an average of 30mb free, my phone runs lucidly.

Thank you... Yeah I have to look into the lag a little ... I might try to compile with straight linaro instead of just the kernel

haha, personally, i don't think you need to. even with barely any memory, i have no lag. i mean i was on phone calls for about one hour, and i had wifi on for two hours without any wifi, but even with all that poor battery management, and over charging my phone last night, my battery is at 40% after 15 hours of use! the only weird thing is that listening to music via headphones drains a lot of battery on this rom...more than i have seen on other roms.
