Thanks! This is the most promising ROM that I have tried thus far but I had to uninstall for now. I was getting some FC's and I couldn't install anything from the Market.

If you get this thing running to daily driver levels, I'm gonna be all over it!

Thanks so much for the work!

OK it will see it when there right ? and I do that right after flashing rom, or before?

Place the boot.img in the same folder as your fastboot.exe file to flash. There's threads and tools all over the place for this...I really don't want to derail this thread though.

I would flash the boot.img after flashing the rom that way you can reboot right after.

Sweet, glad to see you came up with a senses version newt. I've been desensing your 4.0.3 sense rom and I've had no issues with it. Though I haven't been able to successfully change the systemui. Everything else works fine. No force closes here. I used cm9 apps.

I just flashed this after a complete wipe coming from Scotts senseless rom and it's beautiful! It was pretty buggy so i had to restore my backup :-(

I'm getting the same FCs that others are getting (talk once or twice, calendar every 5 seconds, and then upon reboot android.process.acore crashes constantly.) and the wierd notification that's 1-9& a-z.

I was running Scott's 2.3 ICS rom, then wiped and installed this . Only error's I got were the one's Newt had described and the inability to successfully download some apps off market. I was able to download root explorer, quick reboot, but Titanium backup wouldn't download. Overall, was pretty smooth , but I am still undecided on whether I like the stock ICS look or not.
I like the smoothness and snappiness of it, but I do really like the sense integration and look of the leaked builds.

I get the same start-up error messages as previously mentioned but overall very impressive rom. Placed all apps back to system, kept the Google calendar and removed the other, took all vibration off in sound settings and except for the Market issue already mentioned found the rom fairly usable. Two issues I haven't seen mentioned is the screen going dark as soon as a call comes in (think this also happens on the ICS 4.0.3 Sense) and the only view that displays anything in Google calendar is Agenda view. Looking forward to your fixes Newt.

This ROM is gonna be great when all kinks out !! I had to restore my backup, because the adtroid.core...process whatever thing kept coming up constantly. I did a wipe so I don't know why it wouldn't stop. I did notice , I could not get my music or pictures off my sd card, and the gtalk thing , nor could I DL from the market. I hope this ROM gets fixed , cuz it seems to be great ! BTW:Love the inverted apps! Hope we can keep those

I can't download anything from the market either, but the first thing I did when the ROM finished installing was to download AppExtractor from the market. Idk what happened haha.

And you can still download stuff from the market if you go to the market on your computer and install the app like that.

Newt do you think swapping out the market apk will work as a temporary fix? If so can we just use any 4.0.3 roms market apk? Thanks!

This rom is based off of our last leak with 4.0.3 ICS with features from the popular Gummy Nexus rom for Samsung Galaxy S.... i removed almost every sense component from the system so close it is almost aosp.... do not try to add any sense features back by yourself because they will most likely not work.....

Newt, I suggest you put some kind of step by step to get it booting correctly, or at least what you would do to get it booting with the .acore stopping in the OP since this thread is getting cluttered with different people throwing out different ways to do it and it's getting a bit confusing.

I will fix the op once I get time... I didn't plan on many people liking this so I just slapped everything together... It'll all be fixed soon

So do i flash the boot image first or the rom and where do i get the boot img?

Ok last question? Does beats audio work on this rom and what about face unlock?

Hey could you confirm if beats audio works on this rom and face unlock?

    Whats wrong with the Download?

Holy crap dude do you even bother to read through the forums? There is nothing wrong with the download.. If you READ the thread Newt posted this http://themikmik.com/showthread.php?11238-Senseless-4-0-3-ICS-v1-0-0-2-4-2012&p=178493#post178493 for the download. I'm all for helping people out, but you gotta atleast try first. There are so many threads out there telling you how to flash a freaking ICS rom . If you're THAT curious about if facelock works, or if beats works on this build.. Why don't you flash it yourself?
