ROM HTC HD2 no HTC SENSE?

please tell me one thing, this ROM does not have the same HTC SENSE?
is that I have windows mobile htc hd2 back in and back is connecting to the internet alone even with data connection off.
I'm sick of it and so want to get a ROM without sense ...
I want to continue in WM because I've had android 4.0.4 and gps programs not anything in arrangement and conditions camara tlm loses too much definition in android compared to WM

Sense does not keep connecting data or any decent software application in WM ! you have a setting issue or bad application.
One of the best points of WM over all other is fact you can leave data enabled but auto disconnect set to a few seconds & nothing will connect & steal data which is complete opposite of Data pig Android as it needs hacking to death & a firewall to stops nasty apps & google sneaking data ...
