Go to HTCdev website and download the ruu zip file that they have. Extract the zip and you should have a recovery.img file that you can flash via fastboot.

EDIT: I meant HTC Dev, I also have a motorola xoom, that's why I confuse it.

where is the link to the motodev website
?
Best source for the stock recovery.img is from the official RUU leak.
Best mirror I've used goo-inside.me for all the stock HTC RUU files. All software versions are mirrored:
For CDMA versions: http://goo-inside.me/ruu/shooter/
For GSM versions: http://goo-inside.me/ruu/shooteru/

Preferable to grab the PG86IMG.zip version of the RUU. Open up the PG86IMG.zip file, inside there should be a firmware.zip file. Open up the firmware.zip file and there should be the recovery.img file.
This above steps are baesd on HTC's packaging of the files.

sorry for noob question but how am i supposed to flash it?thanks a lot for help
off topic:no difference between Moto and HTC?
Once you have the recovery.img file, a simple method of flashing would be: fastboot flash recovery c:\stock-recovery.img

Hope that helps!

I stated the wrong website in my post above, it should of been HTC, but when you have several devices sometimes things start to get all over the place.

This is a good link with all the RUU that you guys will need for the GSM version of the 3D. Once again, my apologies:
