Using it on my newly acquired M8 just now. Works great! But for every command I get 1 command window that always says device not found. But the operation for whatever option I clicked on still works fine. Strange.

EDIT: My bad - didn't have debugging enabled. Fail :P

Works fine with it enabled

lol. Well, glad it works with you! USB Debugging is something people forget to turn on, so you aren't alone :P

hello, i keep getting the device not found error in adb. i have usb debugging enabled and have tried uninstalling and installing the drivers many times already. please help!

If you have adb.exe running already, try killing that process in task manager and starting again.
