Angry Birds still serves me ads, I'm fully up to date with my HOSTS file, so I'm thinking some DEVs have changed the way there apps serve ads :/

Or changed which IPs it's mapped to.

Agreed I have no idea how the ADs system works TBH, i just know that AdAway works for 99.9% of my stuff, I wouldn't change it for anything

You could try to block the ads by adding the URLs to the blacklist in ad away if you can find out what they are. I did that for openfeint.com and related.

Well done. Mr Robinson. A must-have. Too bad Google came up with their silly policy to ban ad-killing apps. Possibly because they were the ones providing the ads.

If I uninstall this app or AdFree, does the hosts file get wiped out?
