hi.
First Sorry for my poor English.
I have a Green lens defy and flash android 2.3.6 - 4.5.1-2312.
Now My Battery And Camera didnt work,
After root Bootloader 7 I try Any Rom to Flash and I have bootloader Error.
Please Help!

You are pretty much stuck!! Follow the steps here to root you rphone first. Now you can install only those ROMs which are meant for Defy but they won't have green lens support! So after flashing any such ROM you need to check if there is a camera fix and if that exists you are lucky!! :)

    ypu have to flash a custom rom with for gb kernel. try cm72 from quarks for defy+.
    from here : http://quarx2k.ru/cm7-nightly-defy+/
    so flash the sbf to get your phone back to life and try those
