[Q] unfortunately internet has stopped

unfortunately and always try several things and I have the same error on Browser.app, Factory Restore, Hard Reset and can not find the solution .. this happened to me after OTA update my LG E970 OPTIMUS G....no root all stock

Anyone please help

No luck with this issue? I have the same issue, no root, all stock, just unlocked.

perform a factory reset in the cellphone Settings/Backup and Reset/Erase All

this is the fix for that issue....
