Flash it Via CWM.

Installation Procedure:

1)Flash XWLA4

2)Flash CWM recovery

3)Install zip from sd card --choose zip from sd card --> and select the downloaded zip

4)After first boot, Wipe cache and Dalvik Cache, Factory Reset is optional-

5)Then Reboot, and what your Titanium Galaxy R !

well! g8 news! now we have Infected,titanium the ASOP proyect , the CM7 project, and ardatdat awesome kernels!

Just ICS ROMS missing ( but i understand that first we need drivers from nvidia for ICS) Hoping when oficial ICS is released there will apperar som ICS roms!

Damn... ! The ZSKK5 firmware is so huge .. Taking ages to download ..

Yesterday tried downloaded 150mb then got cut ... Now started again ! Massive ! 500mb ..

That would be gread. This firmware is also Android 2.3.6 and it's a europeen FW which includes lots of languages, so you have a higher usage of your custom Titanium ROM

))

All the best for your new ROM. I just upgraded from hTc wildfire to Galaxy R and i am insanely in love with it. Waiting for some ICS ROMs too.

I will leave the 'looks' i.e theme part later.. If there are readymade theme's available I will use it..
First I will try to get the ROM to boot up..

Then one by one I will add features-- since I don't have the device progress will be a bit slow -- I am not an experienced dev

then when the ROM is sort of stable then I will try to do some theming !

Also which Launcher do you want ? Guys plz post here !

--Go Launcher (It is RAM hungry !)
--Launcher Pro (Pretty decent I find it the best !)
--ADW Launcher (I dint like it but I will include if users like)
--Other -- (Write it !)

About launchers....hm twlauncher will always be the smoothest due to the hw-acceleration, but it's almost not customizable.

Launcher Pro and ADW Ex - These are not free apps, but...:

ADW EX is the most customizable ever, you can basically do everything with that...but screen scroll is still a bit laggy, especially when you add some widgets.

Launcher Pro - is smoother, nicer, has more widgets, -It's not that customizable though. Still I would say it's the fastest custom launcher on the market.

Go Launcher seems to be the best choice - It's for free, screen scroll smoother than ADW and almost equally customizable. Moreover it's updated pretty often.

Hey krazzy a request .. Can you make 14 toggles for the Austrian Firmware ? Since users are saying that it is the best FW available if you can make a 14toggle mod for this FW it would be helpful and I could use it in the ROM....
