I put some songs under the /sdcard/media but the Music app is unable to show it for playback. However, I can tap the mp3 files for playback in My Files. Can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it. Thanks!

Once I reboot the phone, Music app is now able to read the new songs. Thanks!
However, the song title of two out of three songs becomes garbaged in Music app. Is there something wrong? How can I fix it?
