[Q] [HELP!] How to root SHW-M250S / Korean Phone

I have s2:
pda: M250S.uc21.2357

phone: M250S.ub23.0933.st (skt)

movinand: uc21

baseband version: m250s.ub23.0933.st

kernel version: 3.0.15-m250s.uc21.2357-cl281641
se.infra@sep-102 #3

build number: iml74k.uc21

I followed the steps what Sticks02 mentioned on page 2, post 18 (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1068307&page=2)

I downloaded M250S_HOME_M250S.UC21.ROOT.ver4.zip but after I click Start I only got this...

its been 15min & there's no progress?? same goes to my Phone
I decided to disconnect the usb cable & re-booted my Phone, it turned on normally, everything still working properly.

can anyone tell me what im doing wrong??

I tried and it works fine, took about a minute or so :)
