But the first seems to be a fake.

The screen position isn't always accurate. Look at the boot sequence, when the screen is white, at the beginning of the video.
It's not an HD2 WVGA screen : the bottom of the screen is too high, compared to an hd2.
Too much space between the buttons/the HTC logo, and the bottom of the screen.
Sometimes it's at the great place, sometimes the screen's bottom is higher than in a real HD2.
The screen is perfectly OK in the second video.
So we have two options.
- fake video with good editing
- real video, but with a non-wvga wp7 rom.
Is it me, or its's weird ?
look where are the buttons...i think you see the shadow as part of the devices
