I used them both for several weeks (first LeeDroid, then this one) and they behave similar. You can't really feel major difference in speed...
What I do notice is that the rotation reaction is slight faster on LeeDroids ROM (certainly on the lockscreen), but battery life seems a little bit better on this one (which is weird, since they both use the same kernel).
Just for the record, I have over 150 games installed and about 80 other programs, and it just keeps going without hesitation. So this ROM is fast enough, no matter what you'll be doing on it!

Overall conclusion: go for the looks ;-) This looks so much better than Sense :p

HoneyPot-1.1-Updater.zip Help Please

Hello all,
If anyone one has the HoneyPot-1.1-Updater.zip, would it be possible to up load it somewhere so I can download it. I have tried every link I can find on this thread as well as everywhere I can think of searching on the internet to find this one file. The closest I have come is http://184.168.53.73/users/vlara but the link always times out. I have tried several computer even.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Download Honey Pot, and LeeDrOiD's HC V2.2.0 Kernel with modified Services.jar and place it on your sdcard
    2. Reboot into recovery
    3. Create a backup of your current setup
    4. Wipe data(Optional but recommended)
    5. Flash Honey Pot V1.0
    6. Flash LeeDrOiD's HC V2.2.0 Kernel from the link below
    7. Flash Honey Pot V1.1 Updater
    8. Reboot and wait, first startup will take a while
    9. Enjoy

    I'll look into it, it's definitely not S-OFF related, S-OFF works at far too low a level to have any effect at all on this.

    you might want to try reflashing the rom cause I just tried clicking the dedicated pen button and it popped up the usual menu
