Well okay i have a "Pad i9220 N9000" as per the stickers i received and the sticker under the battery.
I've tried all the ROM over this post and notice that for some reason, "drivers" were sometimes remaining from one flash to the other, especially when using CMR. I got mine working just FINE ! Bright screen both camera working, no surexposure etc... good battery level !
I've aslo noticed that mine is a mix between PAD and NOTE. You will have to try as i've done, All the drivers.
FLASH with SP Flash tools replaces all the drivers. CMR does not. So i found the correct drivers by elimination with SP Flash tool and the tool to alter Scatter files. After this, i've flashed the Russian Mod by Resquer to have the correct features.
I flashed with the Custom Firmware from 20120607_e1809c_v75_gq1008_9p017_merimobiles_incl. CWRM_uboot-0526
With Drivers 401B for screen, and mt9p017_raw for Front Camera / hi704_yuv for rear camera (or opposite).
Then when i had the correct drivers : i used CMR to flash the Resquer Mod
works all fine.
You can use the firmwaredriversupdatetool to alter any scatter file from any rom that can be flashed through SP Flash tools. Be sure to close every tools before opening the other. Don't loose or delete original Zip / Rar file as you may need it to be back to "original" firmware.
I've used June firmware :
2- use the firmware drivers update tool to set a first "set of drivers" and write down to keep a track / alter the scatter file by exiting the tool
3- launch SP Flash tool, select the previously altered scatter file and load it
4- Flash your device
5- See the result
6- if required, test another set of drivers : if the screen does not work changed it, same for camera and make sure you eliminate wrong drivers (just by noting down that they're not correct)
7 - Flash using CMR the rom you want WITH NO WIPE AT ALL.
Be careful : screen has three "mode" : not working (color, negative, bad quality). working but dark (i've been fooled by this one) and working fine bright even in sun light.
What i do think is that our device are assembled using different parts from different manufacturer, so they are not all equivalent. Especially for "removable parts" like camera / screen : if you dissassembly the phone, those parts are easily removable with almost no wire
that's why we all get differences.
So to summary :
1 - find out your drivers by testing (not a lot of possibilities)
2 - install / flash the rom and CMR
3 - flash using CMR WITH NO WIPE AT ALL the rom you wish
GOOD LUCKS Gents let me know if that helps
