activating wifi hotspot from widget on FroYo

not a developer... dont have access to the SDK. why not put this on the app market? its great!

im already having my brother who is a graphic designer create an elegant stock looking icon for this one.

will keep everyone posted.

red version included... just in case someone can do a widget with an on/off state like the apndroid one. had this created to look close to stock icons. i just cant take widgets on my home screen that look out of place when grouped with normal icon shortcuts lol.

This is great! I've been looking for this in the market since the first Froyo leak.

There is also a widget in the market now. I just wish it used these icons instead of looking like the standard power control bar. Can someone whip that up?

Yeah, that is only the one that is a link to the setting. There is an actual widget now! I just wish the widget used your icons.

oh that. yeah i didnt like how it looked so im just using stephen mcbride's shortcut. he mentioned that he will look into creating a widget though.

Could I have the source code of any hotspot setting/toggle WIDGET (not shortcut)? Thanks...
