EDIT: I rebooted with no success. Screenshot attached.

Try using ROM Control -> General UI -> Transparency Settings.

That's what I had to adjust to do the opposite of you, trying to get it to stay fully black.

Just flashed the 2/17 nightly. Didn't expect the "official" release to be newer.

First time on RootBox. I'm seriously impressed with the professionalism in the OP and with the ROM itself.
  • FYI, CarHomeUltra "home" button action works properly.
  • And Torque PRO via BlueTooth works properly.

These are two things that are not working properly in many other AOSP ROM's. So, good job Devs!!

This is a great rom, however I have a question about why DashClock is appearing the way it is now that I have updated to 3.8...since the update, the widget on the lockscreen looks like it is in the expanded mode when collapsed, instead of it's collapsed mode. Is anyone else that uses this app experiencing this issue? I'm assuming this is an issue with the app rather than the rom, but I am just curious if anybody knows of a way to fix it, or if there is a reason why it is behaving this way. Thanks.

Just curious. I tried looking through the changelog. It is very long (which is a good thing). Does the latest version by chance offer 8 slider shortcuts?

I just flashed Slim Bean to get this but I really like Vanilla Rootbox a lot also. Just wanted to ask before I flash away.

I'm not even sure if this belongs in the support thread either since this isn't ROM related. There are 2 different views. One is collapsed which is when the lock screen slider is up and the other is expanded when you're scrolling in between widgets

Yes I understand, the widget was working properly when I was on version 3.7 of this rom; however after updating to 3.8, the widget stays in the expanded view even when the lock screen slider is up.

New Feature : Breathing SMS notification

Thanks to Kroz for the amazing idea and icons.

What does it do: Instead of having an static icon for SMS notifications in statusbar, this feature will make the icon fade in/out giving it a breathing effect.
