I was talking about reboot on incoming calls specifically.

That was a bug of CyanogenMod kernel (and in kernels based on it).
It then was fixed on the CyanogenMod kernel.
But franco.kernel #4 (based on the former) is one example of kernel that haven't received an update since then, therefore it still has the problem of reboot on incoming calls.
I tested your kernel with several roms. I think it is the best battery life.
