If you have a custom recovery installed, you can just flash one of the ROMs over!
I'm on the stock ROM that came with it 4.0.4. So I just need to use Odin 3.04 to flash cwm then flash cm9.1 through cwm?

That sounds like it would work. If you don't mind me asking, why use Cm9.1 when CM10 and CM10.1 are out?
Cm9.1 is a stable ROM not nightly or m series. I will update to cm10 later on

I haven't had a hiccup with the latest cm10.1 build, but to each their own. Just because it's a nightly doesn't mean it isn't stable. Stable builds are in fact simply a nightly build labeled as stable.
Well I installed cm9.1 and I have a problem... every time I tap on Gmail it gives me this message "unfortunately, Gmail has stopped. Report/OK. So I'm downloading cm10. Where did you get cm10.1 I could only find cm10 on cyanogenmod.org.
Edit: I found it on xda and they said to use p3110 builds

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

First time installing CyanogenMod 9 to your Galaxy Tab 2, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM9 ZIPs to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM9 zip from internal SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from internal SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
- Don't restore Apps using Titanium Backup!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 9:
- Copy CM9 ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM9 zip from internal SDCard
- Reboot

Unfortunately I messed up big time and now have to start over... its coming guys, I promise. I'm limited with time/money/classes/MCAT/studying, but I promise you'll all have your fix soon. Lot of other patches I want to add also like with my other kernels and tab2lite.
