[Q] This Phone Belongs To - Sign In Issue

I have a Korean s5. At initial set-up I can sign in to Google etc. but when I get to the This Phone Belongs To section, whatever I type in it will not pass this page but simply asks again. Any suggestions ?

Take off the simcard. First time the phone will check you whether Korea sim
