External storage update:
I have the NTFS and FAT USB, SD and microSD mounting beautifully by using the stock Asus vold. Of course that would be too easy and now here's the issue. When you unmount them, the d@mned vold file deletes the associated directory from /Removable which causes Settings-->Storage to FC until you recreate the directory by doing one of these:
a) Reboot and let the init.rc recreate the directories
b) Manually recreate via terminal emulator (mkdir /Removable/SD)
c) Mount the same device again since vold will recreate the directory.
So frustrating! Any one have any helpful suggestions?
I need a couple of serious NTFS / exFAT users to test a build for me. I only need 2 or 3. Just post if you're able to test ASAP.
Thanks!

thank you! doing a nandroid & will post after I'm done testing.
EDIT: Quick testing done
Just got done testing NTFS & exFAT in the MicroSD & dockSD slot.
I used 1 NTFS & 1 exFAT MicroSD. I tested by putting NTFS card in the MicroSD slot & the exFAT in the dockSD slot. I created, copy, moved files & folders to verify RW was working. Then I un-mounted both cards via Settings and swapped the NTFS, exFAT cards in each slot. I verified RW by creating, moving, copying files & folders in each card.
The ROM instantly recognized both NTFS & exFAT in both MicroSD & dockSD.
I rebooted & did the same test over again with the exact results. Love the Power Menu but recovery & bootloader just reboots the system. No worries, I'm not too worried about that & just glad their are more options in the Power Menu.
Those are the only things I got a chance to test so far. Great stuff J & have some brewskies on me.

Thanks a million Bud! Awesome testing & donation. That was just what I needed to know. I want to try to resolve another small issue before releasing.

Thanks for your continued work. I've been busy and haven't kept up with the thread. Is it all good in here, or do we need another one of my uplifting posts?
You are the man! It's all good in here. New build posted and I hope you enjoy it. Thanks friend!
All this bickering about IPS+....
Its a gimmick, folks. All Asus does is artificially limit the backlight if IPS+ is disabled.
AOKP and CM9 already support all the same brightness levels and "IPS+" that stock has. The only difference is we don't limit the brightness slider. In other words, if you move the brightness slider all the way to the right in CM9 or AOKP then it is exactly the same as turning on IPS+ and moving the slider all the way to the right in stock. There's no special mode or anything like that, the panel is just especially bright.
Okay, here's the deal on some of the Asus apps (FileManager2.apk, MyZine.apk, etc). They're looking for a method in the Asus stock rom that is not there: android.os.Environment.getEpadInternalStoragePubli cDirectory
I'm not sure how I'll be able to get around this.
