Installing cwm and custom rom without a computer?

Hi all, as the title says is it possible? I dont have access to a computer but want to get rid of this laggy crap.

Use Mobil Odin.

Um... you must already be rooted though.

Its not rooted either. Can I root without a computer? Using stock recovery or something?
