On OP (the OP, not the last page!) the OpenOptimus developer says:

"Do you want a2sd? Then flash this one(only 2.7.5.2-1 version)."

On post #6. the developer says:

"Q: How can I correctly a2sd?
A: Download this. Then download a2sdGUI from the Market,and tap on "Apps are on internal storage". Then open Terminal Emulator and give su and a2sd cachesd.

I think it's enough to say: OpenOptimus rom supports a2sd. Full stop.

Later edit: I have stock 2.3.3 rom on my phone. What version do you want me to test it for you?

Ciaox or byte codes ram scripts give issues with mount next script.

I know this is spam, I apologize with Fserve and users, it's my last word about this OT.

But

You mDroid are knocking the wrong door, if a developer writes in OP that a2sd is compatible with his rom but isn't true then complain with the developer.
OP is the most important page of a thread, if there r wrong information misleading the users the developer should correct it.

Im using Iridium IR 77 Premium a2sd.

Lost root on the phone.

I have tested both 1x and 2x on stock V20g rom. Both kernels boot, no black screen,no misplaced screen, but both have the same problem: no WiFi! I can't get wifi activated. I will keep testing both kernels tomorow. Any other things to look for?

My laptop is on repair service, when it come back i think i know how to solve this bug (franco got the same problem then he told me how he fixed, will try the same thing).

Since WiFi works good, we should start looking what more we could do without breaking anything

Yesterday I installed your kernel, I'm on Oxygen 2.0b

No blackscreen, no misplaced (for now..)

And Wi-Fi works like charm

10 minutes works... and now it isn't working anymore lol

ooh.. that's strange....

But franco had this problem too at .35, fserve knows how to fix. It is just waiting for his lappy. I hate repair services also

Can't we just steal franco's wireless file from system and apply on your kernel? ;P

CM7 7.2.0 RC0 F1, tested by MaKTaiL

goldenleaf_system: boot/blackscreen(fixed by touching the screen)/no misplaced/no wifi
goldenleaf_console: boot/no blackscreen/misplaced/no wifi

Seems to me that new CM7 official release will use an stock kernel with Console framebuffer version.

Let's wait to check if it's ok for everyone

Can you disable the console framebuffer on your kernel, so we can check on Adam CM7 if the Black Screen Bug disappears?

There is a version with it disabled, just check first post, you will notice that ;-)

hint:
goldenleaf_system = console disabled
goldenleaf_console = console enabled
