Hello all! I got my phone number changed through t-mobile. Everything works perfectly but in the device settings it shows my old phone number and will not update to my new one. I contacted T-Mobile and they said to wait 72 hours and it would update itself. It has been almost double that and still no updated number. It is pretty annoying to have to dial *686 or whatever to get my number each time. Things I tried -
Removing Sim card
Restarting phone
Factory reset
Nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much!
