My Nexus 4 has a broken digitizer. Instead of fixing it or selling it out, I figure I'll use it as a server since it has better specs than some of the Android-on-a-stick boxes out there. Ubuntu Touch installs without a hitch, but on start already 1.3Gb of RAM is used, and occasionally it would shutdown for no apparently reason. What packages can I uninstall to strip it down to a more stable, server-like, GUI-less environment? I don't need Unity etc. etc.

Alternatively, does anyone have experience installing ARM Ubuntu server on the Nexus 4?
