Just allow installation of SuperUser and BusyBox if prompted (I believe this is from super one click). SuperUser pops up in your phone when a program needs to make changes or access to your phone (usually those programs that you install/download). If you did download or install something new i suggest you allow SuperUser permission to it, if thats not the case you know what to do.
If you mean you have 2.3.7 android version that does not mean you wont need to allow permission of some programs. Most backup programs (but not limited to) will ask superuser permission. Undervolting and Overclocking as an example, will ask superuser permission every time you change them unless you put a check on the remember choice (or whatever it is).
