Your fix doesn't help 
It still tells me "low memory" after the reboot.
And at the Moment only 200 from 270 Apps are restored. But I had to reboot because Titanium Backup freezed...
Any idea?
Any change that you can fix the memory problem soon?

Man those are a lot of apps. the fix will give u the most out of 150 mb but after that u gotta move many apps to sd card. That's a ics on sgs problem, sorry .
edit:i suggest u to move games first.

No, the datadata folder is limited to 150mb(approx) on ics on sgs and we cant use the 2gb in data for apps data. so the script moves unimportant big things from datadata to data but still its small. so u gotta move many of ur apps to sd card.
there is a soundrecorder.apk which i removed, but no call recorder. pls specify.

Then I try to wipe again and restore only the apps I need and move as much apps as possible to SD card.
What is your recomendet tool/way to move to SD with your ROM?
I recommend u to restore 100 apps at once then move big ones to sd card by long pressing them and going into 'app info' in nova launcher. then do 100 more and then the last 70 ones of urs.
p.s.- I think its ur time to uninstall those apps which u dont use much/anymore for a faster phone.

Works perfect here.
Do not know if this will help, but before restoring, select in settings TB troubleshoting--> follow the symbolic link.

44INFINITUM- LowBugsRoms
From now on there will be two type of INFINITUM roms. First the REGULAR rom which is updated mostly with every update by team kang(makers of aokp) and second type will be the aokp way, When they will release a milestone rom, I'll try to make a LowBugRom (LBR) which will be aimed towards better stability and lowest bugs possible. As u know whenever I release a rom, some or the other small bug creeps in. I'll try my best to make LBRs AS BUG FREE AS I CAN. LBRs will also get their themes. Also these won't be removed from Dowloads section on xda thread's main post and mediafire's file page until a new milestone build is released by team aokp and I MAKE A NEW LBR FROM SCRATCH BASED ON IT. Also I'll support them until I remove then from downloads page. I will get these LBRs tested for long to assure their stability. FIRST LBR WILL BE BASED ON Milestone5.
