It's kind of wrong that face recognition unlock tells me it couldn't find a face. That's it: I'm going on a diet!

Other than that, loving this ROM and everything I need works well enough for it to be my daily driver.

Mine too, but I only tried it for like 10 seconds because I could. I don't lock my phone anyway.

Anyone have issues with screen responsiveness when using certain apps? I can't scroll at all or if I can then only very slowly when using some apps. It usually happens when the app opens an additional dialog box in the foreground. So far, I've experienced it with Package buddy (couldn't select carrier from the pop-up box) and on the stock email app when trying to read a message (it allows me to select the message from my inbox and opens it fine, but won't let me scroll through the message, or does so very slowly).

I'm on stock kernel. I'm going to try a fresh install this evening and report back later if no one else has this.

EDIT: Weird, it doesn't happen after a reboot, but starts happening a couple hours afterwards. I'm thinking it's a RAM issue.

EDIT 2: In case some future visionary learns to use the search function, I figured I'd post a fix. Basically, this was due to corrupted data in one of my apps. A fresh install where I didn't use the Google auto-restore function cleared up my issue. No amount of fresh installs did that before, so it wasn't just a case of a bad flash. So, ya, just disable the auto-restore function and download everything manually and you should be good to go.

It worked for me, try to reboot after the restore, but it shouldn't be needed. Make sure you are running the newest version, the older one did the same to me

For those having a problem with TB Hope this helps. I had the same problem . Solved it by going into setting . Hit more option or something like that and re install from nanandroid . Open that and hit select all . Apps only option . Then restore . Problem solved .
Like I said that was the work around I used and im golden. Other wise I would have installed appbrain which is another option.

Great work cm Dev's you guys hit it out the park with this one happier than I be ever been with my phone.

Having CM9 on our phone is like dream come true! Thanks for the hard work devs. Unbelievably smooth and stable for an alpha build.

I haven't seen anyone mentioning this bug: Is anyone experiencing NO auto-rotation capability? Turned on the setting but doesn't work for me.

Also, is there a way to reduce the strength of the haptic feedback? I can't find the settings for doing that.

Same here. Auto-rotation is supposedly turned on, but no apps seem to recognize it. It all stays portrait.

Also, the gallery app has been very flakey. Not sure if that's a CM issue or a google one.

The stock messenger all of a sudden wasn't working and when I downloaded gosms that worked. Anyone else having bugs with the stock messenger?

I'm on a boat
All I can say is that this is an amazing feet. It isn't 100% polished yet but I know alot of that will come from CM9 upstream changes. Thanks for your hard work.

To the devs, I'd like to thank you for all the work you've done on CM9 so far. As far as testing this, the only issue I've had so far is just the battery. It's really weird when using a extended life battery(1800mah) and not getting much usage as the 1500mah battery. But using Rom Toolbox and adjusting the settings, I've managed to pull 10hrs at 71% with light to moderate use. I'm sure that whenever you guys do get all the bugs worked out, it's gonna be a really great rom. Everything is running pretty good for me...though I don't use all the apps that others are using. I do, however, get 4g usage while there is no 4g in the state of Oklahoma at this time. Used it in a store where 3G and phone call didn't work because of signal loses.

As for the donation part...being on a fixed income has its' drawbacks especially when there are more bills to be paid than your income allows. I for one, believe that donations for your achievements are well earned. Thanks guys for taking the time to bring us ICS.

Don't ever feel obligated to donate. That's not the intention.

It's an option for those that like to show gratitude by letting money talk.

Personally, I've always though of a thanks as more than adequate for doing something that we actually enjoy doing.

    So thank you.
