DTC GT7 hang in dtc then restart help pls..

hi all master...

i have dtc GT7 Astroid max only logo then restart,,..
dtc gt7 spredrum 6620

i tried to wipe to recovery and format to volcano but same problem..

i think need to flash...

where i can get the flash file and how..

sorry am i newbie about this device phone...

urgent need..

please help me...

Did you use any key combination to get the wipe and recovery?If yes,can you tell me what combination key did you use...tnx
