To test something out I flashed the radio from the 2.04 ota. I am using Rage rom based off of 2.06. It booted up, then suddenly went to a black screen. Was seeing it that radio would work "better" at work. Thanks for putting all of this in one place. on eng hboot so flashing back was no problem either thanks to your work here.

Can you update the OP? Several new ROMs, Kernels, and Mods have been added since then. Also, there are several themes you could add.

Need HELP

Is there any how to revert to STOCK?

Trying to use Moonshine/facepalm S-OFF , but all require ADB
adb did not work or fuction
No recovery installed
basically softbrick @ bootloader.

any help? suggestion?

Ok sorry if this has been answered but I haven't found much for these two questions.

1. Is anybody using ActiveSync that enforces encryption using ViperDNA? Is there a different ROM that is verified to work without issues in this scenario?
2. Once I have an answer to #1 my next question is have you seen performace or lagginess after ActiveSync encrypts the device? A co-worker flashed his S3 with CM and it ran great until he synced his mail account. It then was very laggy switching screens/apps.

My job requires me to get email on my phone and the policy forces encryption so I have to be able to meet these requirements.

I used active sync via TouchDown on the previous version of ViperDNA, and didn't notice any lag on the DNA. My employer also enforced encryption. I have since replaced my DNA with a One, and no longer use active sync on the DNA.

The DNA is a great phone, I still use it everyday as a tether device. I'm thinking about re-flashing it to the latest version of ViperDNA. Love that ROM.

I don't suppose anyone can provide a link to download the stock recovery any more? I have a rooted jellybean stock that I'd like to update with the most recent OTA and it looks like most of the links are dead. I DO NOT want to wipe and possibly s-on with an RUU. Thanks.
