how did you flash to this ROM?
did you have a SIM lock before flashing to this ROM?
if you could provide a logcat, it will be easier for a fix to be solved easily.

I used this tool, so I think i use TWRP recovery

I flashed using same tool, flashed .zip (from PC) file and after that boot.img separately

Probably no, i used phone in different countries with different SIM cards without any problem. And as i remember after rooting my phone in bootloader i saw "Unlocked"

Still testing, not sure what you did but I have no issues with it yet...
I just tested it with the latest 4EXT build 8 and I have no issue.
Format all partitions expect sd card and install ROM.

Okay so if you are flashing with TWRP, make sure you are on the latest version 2.7.1.0
From recovery, wipe all partitions expect SD card.
Now flash the ROM, reboot device.
Enable USB debugging, and flash boot.img (since you have bootloader unlocked). if not then skip.
Now reboot into recovery and flash with Gapps by Banks either minimal or standard.
And for your information, bootloader unlocked doesnt mean you are on sim unlocked.
If you can still log onto your device, open even eventlogger and export the logs and upload here.
I mind is rom you up in rom #1 had BeatAudio, it's not got DSPManager
Now you up new BeatAudio better than BeatAudio in rom #1??? or not???

And so far I know, BeatAudio has got some great audio sound when connected with your headset.

Hahaha this is quite funny to me, can you actually type comma (,) in the calculator?
the comma usually appears when you type above 4 numbers (to tell you you are in thousands).
If you really typed a comma, then tell me what is the responses on this rom? did it show or not?
I'm afraid you didn't understand my point, comma was pressed but never showed up
so you put for example 12 you press the , button and press 5 it should show 12,5 but it shows you 125 instead (no matter if you press comma 50 times after the 12 - get it?)
Am I the only one getting this on a fresh flash?...
Am sorry but I still dont get your point either. There is no way you could press comma in the calculator app.
Anyway let's not drag this, kindly tell me what is the feedback on this ROM. Are you getting it right or not.
If not then get this calculator.apk app (in attachment) install and let me know the feedback.

I'll try and get back on this, about how did I flash the rom ..check my sig (it was a clean flash)
My point once more is the following, want to do a calculation for example 12,5 plus 1,5 so it will give you 14 right? so I'm going to the calculation and press 12 and I press the comma(,) button and 5 and the result is 125 not 12,5 same with the 1,5. You press 1 then the comma(,) then 5 and the result is 15
It doesn't accept the comma simple as that, it's like there isn't there(although when you press it you hear the sound that you click it but doesn't do anything)
Sorry I can't say it simpler than that.
P.S. I'll try the apk and see what happens
EDIT: Tried to install the apk I got the following message:
The application can't be installed
There is already a packet with the same name having a problem with it's digital signature

EDIT2: I put 4EXT Recovery Touch v1.0.0.6 RC3(latest, I had 1.0.0.6 RC2) and just flash it once more - problem still here..

Am sorry but I still don't get this.
If you are trying to do a calculation, for instant 12,5 (it wont work that way), the calculator only accept point (.) so the best way to do this is to punch in 12.5 (12 point 5) and then + (plus) 1.5 (1 point 5) which you are going to get 14.
Sorry but I might just be thinking if you are calling a comma (,) a point (.)
Application cant be installed
And also for the apk which is not installing, you have to locate system/app/ and removed calculator.apk and then replace it with the downloaded calculator.apk change it permission to rw-r--r-- reboot device and test again.
