HTC Magic [TMN/Vodafone PT] Portugal only

After knowing exactly how much RAM memory my phone has, I will root it and flash it with an Hero ROM.

I think it's not totally bricked, because, when i turn it on, it stucks at the htc magic logo, anyway i have access to fastboot, and i i could detect it through "adb devices" in my laptop.

When i push Home+on button, it sais in the end "Build : RA-hero-v1.6.2". I am kind of newbie, and i've been reading, but not sure exactly what to do :| can any one try to help me out ??? :|
