Here's mine, it's pretty plain as I refuse to root as I don't want to lose my warranty.

To be perfectly honest, that is my homescreen on my ATRIX 4G. However, I will be porting it over to the HTC ONE - EXACTLY as it is (I'm very happy with the design, setup, and ease of use). Since the matrix is 7 X 7 including the bottom dock, I will have to use a launcher that gives me resizing options. But I don't think that will be an issue. I'm looking forward to the larger 4.7 screen on the ONE. I believe it will give me more space between the icons so I can make the icons slightly larger, and I may have more horizontal space on the top notification bar for more sensor information. I PROMISE to repost the homescreen here when I port it over. I am currently using launcher pro.

Widgets:

I use circle launcher for the menus
nocinoci for the small 4 x 1 icons
gauge battery widget
animated analog clock
bits
LCD clock (I think it has been removed from the market -- seconds clock widget is an alternative)
Network info widget
beautiful widgets for the small moon/sun icon
world clock (1 x 1 auto changing world times)
circle launcher icon pack
active apps widget
desktop visualizer to change app icons
no lock - to bypass the lockscreen
qswitch widget - for power options
cool tool - to show cpu use & frequency, available ram, network usage on top notification bar
audio FX to control volumes
audio manager to control EQ
nettraffic widget (bottom right)

Other functions:

call announcer - to tell me who is calling
chime time - to chime on each hour (I use the morse code option)
plugio - to make sounds when I connect and disconnect power
cpu status - to control the notification LED - shows different colors according to how hard the cpu is working
cache booster pro - to control the active cache
startup manager - to control which apps start on boot
office phone ringtones
splashtop streamer - to connect to my computer and watch tv or movies via wifi or transfer files
screen grabber - to take screen shots
ram booster pro, cache booster pro, clean master pro & FMR memory cleaner to keep free memory & storage at its max
Easy App Toolbox - to backup to the cloud (SD card, dropbox, google drive, box.net, PC backup). This app also lets you to share your apps with a friend by sending apk files.
Smart Flashlight to turn on the flash
Camera Zoom FX
Skype for video calls
ISpy for world webcams
Neutron music player
Dice player for videos
TuneIn radio
NPR news
Active Pinger 2
Puffin Browser
FTP café pro to upload files to my server
There's more but those are the basics

The circle launcher menus are real cool because you can configure the menus to open in a circular motion....among other options

For wallpaper I use "Wallpaper Wizardri" for still backgrounds and "Night Sky" is my favorite live wallpaper.

That's about it for the homescreen. Porting over the menus is easy because circle launcher has a full backup/restore option for each menu
I love my droid - can't wait for my ONE .
