    Install Instructions
    PLEASE FOLLOW CORRECTLY
    Download and Install CWM on boot from here
    NANDROID
    Copy rom to external SDCARD
    WIPE FACTORY RESET (From CWM)
    Install ZIP from Sdcard
    After flashing Reboot
    During initial Setup, Select Always use Launcher Pro when Prompted
    You May get a Moto Force Close error, Just Ignore
    AFTER INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE, GOTO SETTINGS -> Accessibility > enable Accessibility option, Enable Lightflow

    It Is coming along slowly :D
    I'm am forking my build into stable and experimental


    FULL WIPE
    Download Experimental Build 2.3
    Slight Theme Tweaks but overall this is all under the hood changes.
    Tweaked init.d settings.. (speedy v7,auto zip aligning, ram tweaks etc)
    Running LCD Density of 216, this is causing the lockscreen to look wrong, this is experimental please do not complain.

    IF YOU DISLIKE 216 LCD Density (Smaller Text), Download LCD Resolution from the market and adjust back to 240, please provide feedback on this setting, but disregard the lockscreen looking funky.
    This view takes some getting used to but I highly recommend the extra screen real estate

    Build 3.0 is in the works and will be built on latest ota, however I will be releasing some more experimental builds before I build 3.0 to find out what tweaks are working for people and whats not.

    Well I just organised to swap the Galaxy Nexus for another Razr.
    While the Razr is locked down, the Galaxy just is not for me with its plasticness and lack of sdcard storage.
