does the samsung galaxy s i9000 have usb host (to connect external peripherals: mouse, ...) ? running a cyanogen mod 11, android 4.4

yes... it has
flash semaphore kernel..
go to settings..
select the modules like keyboard.. UHID.. USB host.. etc

but you need a different OTG cable witch is powered by an external power source. as our i9000 can not provide power to the cable..
