Can you go to a command prompt and run 'dir /s /w *.*' inside the folder you extracted and post it? I believe you may be missing some files.
Also, try extracting it into a folder with no spaces in the name (Ex: c:\jailbreak\) and trying it from there.

Something I noticed in the video was that the volume is at 0, have you tried first turning up the volume?
Is your volume set at 0?
Brilliant!
I tried running it but it keeps going in an endless cycle because the Metro app fails to install.
Using a Surface with the latest patches from Microsoft.

I confirm that the hack is not working on Asus VivoTab RT. Tomorrow I'll provide more information. Luckily the hack causes a BSOD, so we can easily look through a complete memory dump to find its reason.

those having problems with this should try from an administrative command prompt, instead of letting the jailbreak batch file trying to elevate.

eg
does it need the sdk/wdk secure boot policy
maybe a way to turn the debugger into a protected process so it can access another protected process (csrss)
Personally I hope it isnt too easy to set up, as then only those who really need it and know how to do it (and the consequences) will use it, and there will be less chance of MS closing it off further
The only responses I got to the query "8.1" said it wouldn't work. No mention of possible updates so it would. To repeat my question: Is such a thing possible?
