Step 1: Go to cm10 thread or whatever rom you want to flash. Step 2: read the whole thread. Step 3: if you still have doubts then ask for solutions.
Sorry, really dont want to ofence but on EVERY rom thread theres flash instructions, they can easily be understanded.

do i need to flash first cm10 a4 to flash all cyanogenmod ?????? if yes then please give me the cm10 a4 link because i can not find it and also tell me that how to flash the cm10 a4 base
