[ROOT][UNROOT][CWM] Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102 [GUIDE]

I cannot download the CWM for s6102
the dev-host page just gives fake download button with ad **** (i tried both the green and blue buttons)
Could someone give another workink link for CWM for s6102?

Thank you for this! I can confirm this link is valid for CWM-6102.zip file.

Have now achieved root for my GT-S6102, was able to format the 2GB SD Card for use with Link2SD using the "FOR CLOCKWORKMOD RECOVERY USERS ONLY( ALTERNATIVE METHOD)" here: https://www.noypigeeks.com/android/tutorial-a-guide-to-link2sd/

Did notice, however, that when Google Play updates itself to its current iteration the combination of Google Play and Google Play Services causes my phone to vibrate (in this odd one buzz pause two buzz combo) at certain intervals. No idea why. Uninstalling Google Play Services and Google Play updates does stop it from happening, though.

Shame the ROM options are limited. Oh well - been a good learning experience for me (to go with my experience with recovery, rooting, rom, etc for my HTC Incredible S to give it new life). Was hoping to do the same for my Y DUOS S6102 to the same extent but that may not be possible.

Update: I have decide that the purpose of this phone will be purely for calling and text messaging to use when travelling overseas with an overseas sim card. I have
1. completely reset the phone (keeping it rooted though),
2. not set up any Google accounts,
3. did not start up Play Store (so not installing Google Play Services at all),
4. formatted the SD appropriately and installed (from APK mirror) Link2SD,
5. used Link2SD to completely remove certain system apps (YouTube and Gmail so far),
6. then sideloaded any additional apps I needed (Root Browser, Terminal Emulator).

Still need to test out calling and text messaging (will need to get myself a SIM card adaptor for that since I have a nano sim at the moment).
