This build has been posted here for just under 7 hours - a little early for bug reports, don't ya think ?? :)
(considering what has been reported needs to be given time to settle in)
On another note - do not run an Antutu benchmark - it will likely cause a soft brick.

I ran this for weeks with a canadian TZ and have run antutu a couple dozen times with no problems whatsoever.

Agreed. Like DeathmonkeyGTX, I have had the rom for weeks and can assure you houstonn is aware of what needs fixing and is hard at work doing so.

Ya, I ran antutu 4 times before a soft brick, houstonn has soft bricked and there are multiple reports in the Canadian forums about others, too. YMMV.

I think that's only for those who were OC'd.

I've been waitinggg for this ROM to come to this subforum. Thanks for this, houstonn! I'll be flashing immediately when I get off work... in 6 hours. :'(
Or maybe I'll just download over my phone via my job's wifi. :)<

And people called me crazy for immediately jumping back from the N4 conversion with the JB update being available for the LGOG.. Thanks a ton, houstonn. Your work is greatly appreciated. :3 <3~
--edit--
Love the 192MHz kernel. Been hoping for something like this for a long while.

still alittle bit of work that needs attention.. with undervolt not all phones will be the same or as stable... I think the uv on that freq is set that my phone can handle ok but not 100% stable enough.. I'll probably up the voltage on that freq just a tad.. I kid wanna to get some feedback first.. altho 288mhz runs super stable for me..

I was running the official E97020j 4.1.2 JB ROM with no issues. I wanted to try this ROM out and downloaded the file, followed the recommended installation, rebooted, and am now staring at a blank screen. The LG boot logo comes up for a moment and then goes to the black screen. I have been sitting here for about 10 minutes and no change. How do I go forward from here? Any info would be appreciated!

Thank you!

Read carefully.
You must be on the ATT 4.1.2 OTA (not flashed custom but official), or LGNPST to the new ATT JB...

Try booting back to cwm and wipe data and clear all caches then try rebooting.

So I flashed this and all I got was a blank screen after the LG logo. Tried all kinds of wipes and re flashing but nothing. Also, my backup files are gone (I might have deleted them by accident with new SD card). I have no idea how to LGNPST and can't find a guide anywhere. Any help?

@ abraxo - How did you get to this point? What were you running before this? Did you LGNPST the AT&T official JB tot or get the OTA update?

If you guys wanna try out Google Kitkat 4.4 I'll let you guys be the first... It's alittle buggy and not everything works.. main not working is WIFI but if you want to test it out to see what it's all about.. LTE will work if you go to the dialer and dial *#*#4636#*#* and set the network to LTE.. remember this is pure google aosp not custom rom.

The WiFi issue is cause i didn't update the drivers in the kernel but I update the device tree part merged with 4.4. Didn't have time. I'll fix some more up maybe after work today.

the ui is alitle glitch but hey what more can u ask for ....

    download rom
    download gapps

both are at this link http://downloads.codefi.re/houstonn/kitkat

Also I did really want to update the 4.3 roms due to 4.4 releasing. Once pa is ready for new sources I'll have a new pa with 4.4 . I don't know how long carbon will take but if it takes some time I'll update it to the most recent 4.3. I've been very busy on the G2. Its seems I'm the only one that pumps out 3 ROMs that works for 5 carriers . lol

This is an paste from Harsh from his thread here
Well, our cpu are made at some quality standards. We have 4 different quality of cpu for apq8064 from Qualcomm. so depending on which one is on your phone it selects frequency table from slow, nominal, fast and faster.
Google kernel source have same frequency table for fast and faster. So those with faster are not getting their extra advantage :)

You can identify you CPU chip by below command in terminal.
adb shell dmesg | grep PVS
It will give you some output as given example below

    Code:
adb shell dmesg | grep PVS
    [ 0.873920] acpuclk-8064 acpuclk-8064: ACPU PVS: FAST

And faster binned CPU has lot to do with UV, when you look as frequency table of faster, it is already preconfigured to have lower voltages than fast, and lot lower than slow binned.
Phones with faster binned should have better battery than slower binned phone out of box without any other configuration.
And for UV its already hardcoded and can be adjusted by System Tuner app further. And OC I am not willing to add. ( I don't think there's any gain in running our phones hotter with higher voltages by OC'ing)

    default voltages for SLOW:

    A 4.3 RootBox sounds delicious.

I've merge most that I can already. Since we use Google's sources too and they are up to date. Cm has been hard at their sources. I'm waiting on lead dev Bajee as I don't use all of sources and some of my own mods and my separate repos. I'm waiting on his so I can sync mine with official so that we can have the least incompatibility as possible. I will continue to work on what I can and the kernel as well. Thanks for patience. It will pay off :)
