Ok I finally started from scratch. Installed SPB then then MSM, activated a few widgets and everything seems fine now. Although I notice my memory is only about 20% free where usually its about 30-40%. The problem is I forgot to check the memory status before installing SKtools and dont know if it could do something with that.
Anyway, can you explain a little on the impact of the widgets on memory(ram not storage). When does the actually memory usage increase, when I activate a widget or when I actually use it? For example if I have like 20 widgets active but only use 1. i didnt really think the widgets should be using any more memory then normal because, isnt it just replacing the default image widget with a new one?

ram is used according to how many widgets you have at the same time on your panels, regardless of how many you activated in MsM....
Activating a lot of widget has per-se impact only on device storage memory 'cause the needed dat files for activated widgets are copied inside mobile shell folder.
