I followed THIS thread exactly how it told me to, but its not working. Is this outdated and perhaps a new thread around that can help? Here is a post I made in the thread I linked if it helps:

Using method 1, when i get to step 5 I selected "Different Country." The LG Mobile support tool opens, then gives me an error saying the phone is disconnected from the PC. I remember I had to set the phone to ethernet mode to flash 4.4.2 onto the phone, but now I only have MTP or PTP to choose from. Could that be the problem? I cant get past step 5 to restore my phone....can someone help please?

Thank you...I found that method, but didnt know TOT files worked for Verizon...I'll try that method and see if it works for me.
