Isn't that for HDPI devices ? And also, it says 'alternate video codec version', what's up with that ?
Edit: ok, i had to try it... and it works, it shows 10Mbit bitrate instead of 6Mbit

Download the MDPI package one for LWW/XMP/XM device. Recently added by request, but because i don't have mdpi device, please report back if there are issues with the app.1
GB and ICS file in my post are for HDPI device. the one for LWW/XMP/XM is the MDPI one which is still Gingerbread.1i used the ICS-Nordic562-CamHigh+5MP(MPEG4) on my LWW stock ICS and its working fine...=)
