umm no they arent im looking at the video and its moving at least 20 fps.
its not stills unless its stills at a very high rate....

yes they are.. they r still playing in video player mode
you should check Toronto cameras.. they are still images and taken every 1-2 mins by itself.. so they are links.. not from video player
lol yeah.. so either they update their site.. or wait for android to play video within an app
i would definitely want pictures... if its video.. ur data will be over limit in minutes!

i wrote some apps for viewing traffic cameras right on ur phone!
Toronto DVP Traffic, Toronto 401 Traffic, Toronto QEW Traffic, Ottawa Traffic Camera
Simply browse the list and choose a location to view the live traffic cameras.
The camera will automatically refresh every minute or so.
Keep in mind a wifi or data connection is needed for the app to work.

i would love to have faster refresh rate, but the images themselves is controlled by the government, so i cant do anything about it

is more complicated than i expected cuz those r not frozen pics, they r live videos. may need some more time.
