I cant download yet newer version of rom. it is normal？

Thanks for all of your replay well yes I did unlock the bootloader however I manage to boot it by manually install the boot.img from the zip file by fastboot! but when I turn my phone off it won't boot up I should turn it to bootloader then go to fastboot, fastboot flash the boot.img then wait for it to boot and it's booting normally and everythings working!
but after I want to restart my phone ... here we go again!

Pimp my rom doesn't instal mods like beats or bravia. I tried to flash it manually but I can't from recovery. I tried too since a file explorer. I unzip the beats file for example and appears a folder with 4 subfolders, in one of them theres a .apk file. I tried to install but it doesn't. Some idea or help? Thanx.

In the past approx 6 months pimp my rom mods aren't working.
Wow.. I am still getting this error when trying to install via Play Store: Unknown Error Code During Application Installation -24.

Install a recovery and root your phone (if not rooted)

siera has a point, try anorher recovery, but i recommend cwm only maybe try an older non touch version... Then a full wipe and reflash...
It is rooted he stated it a page ago...

Anyone found a fix for error: Unknown Error Code During Application Installation -24 when trying to install different apps such as Youtube and Gmail with Play Store?

If that doesn`t work: Clear Play Store data and reboot your device
Edit: Just tried to download gmail. Works fine for me.

Thanks to MIUI Android team and MIUI CN for porting DHD. However I'm going to maintain for bug fixing (report to them after that either it is fixed by me or MIUI CN Team). This is 4.2.x version of MIUI v5.

How to install:
- Place ROM zip file in your SD card
- Boot into recovery
- Create a backup of your present ROM
- Full wipe using this ZIP file.
- Install zip from SD card
- Reboot and enjoy!

11MIUI v5
Hi All,
Today MIUI China releasing MIUI v5 for public. I'll release it for you with my own modification or enhancements to that ROM. Don't ask me about multilingual as I still need to work with MIUI Android on that. May be it may take a week or 2 weeks to release it for multilingual.
Enhancements / modifications:
- Enable FB contact sync
- Optimizing applications at startup
- Updating host file for Adblock
- Removing MIUI China applications which is not relevant
- OTA update feature
- With latest KangBang kernel 3.3
- Other things which I don't know at present
