So I realized I am actually on the arc6 tmb update but they're both 960u.

I put the update.zip on the root of my SD card and when I boot to recovery it says installing update briefly and then goes to recovery. From there if click install update from SD card it says "can't mount SD" so I guess I'll copy this to my PC and then adb it over.

So my question is, can I install a ATT update.zip if I'm on 960u TMB? If so can I do it from recovery?

If you have any trouble do this
Take the sim and sd card slot out of your phone
Download this rom
Extract
Put everything that matches in nodded Odin
Flash the CSC NOT THE HOME CSC
phone will reboot into recovery
Flash said zip that was on first post that you have put on your sd card

All the other guides say to flash the HOME_CSC and not the CSC, what's the difference?

I don't think this update is certified yet / won't pass safety net. Someone on it correct me if I'm wrong.

My device says uncertified with this, yes

Yes I would told by Samsung and Google
If I device says uncertified that means it hasn't updated the play store in wich the store don't no what apps are compatible with said device nor has Google play store has update with the compatible apps

But I will no longer be posting in Galaxy s9 fourm as there been a apple of Android
I have switched to the pixel today best of luck of all of you
