L luimed Member Nov 2, 2010 10 2 Nov 11, 2010 #3 Just search and download Android System Info from Market, it gives you a lot of info about the phone itself, including the GPS, accelerometer and proximity sensor chips. BTW, the GPS chip is the Asahi Kasei AK8973.
