Reboot fixed it, must of had a brain fart. Anyways I don't use root explorer and never really cared to purchase it since I use "Absolute System" for a lot of things. I did however purchase the pro version of this What I did was this in terminal emulator.
Code:
$ su
# mount -o remount, rw /system; rm -f /system/app/Superuser.apk; mount -o remount, ro /system;

No offence I suppose I am happy with pictures,ES File Explorer and Root Browser are both very good free root file managers which have worked well for me, rarely do I need to get down with terminal
To each there own.

Nice app, no problems on my Gnexus with CM9 (v0.73).
I can switch between SuperUser and SuperSu hence and forth.

Works fine with all my root apps so far.

I'm getting this error too. Please help! I no longer have a "no-triangle" method to flash my Note.

Ya'. Then I'm kind of curious why Chainfire said we could go ahead and remove our old SU.apk. He said this was a total replacement with new apk and binary. Not to mention that MobileODIN is his creation. I'm probably going to need a better answer than that; or at least see that Chainfire has retracted his "OK" on old SU removal.
