you have s-off?
Just do in bootloader in fastboot
1) fastboot oem rebootRUU
2) fastboot erase cache
3) fastboot flash zip name_ru_rom.zip .... in this part patience please dont touch nothing, wait for finish, if you have error reflush with the same command
4) fastboot reboot

how i gett super cid and i have other problem when i installing a rom its german not include
I'm tell u to type that in fastboot to get supercid u showing me something else smt

if you phone have s-off and supercid only rename the stock rom to PL99IMG.zip y put into sdcard, reboot in bootloader
if you need more languajes, install locale & languajes from play store
