I don't think it works. Check what version is reported when you visit the Flash version page using the native browser or Dolphin HD. On my ZTE Blade it reports 10.3.

Optimus Slider -- after installing a ROM, I have installed several variations of Flash Player 10/11. The 11 version sticks (probably this one), but in my experience sometimes the .so files in /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer just plumb disappear sometimes.
