I have this problem with my Note 3. So after 2 weeks I decided to flash a new rom. I rooted my device in a weird way using CF Auto Root. After flashing that using Odin I get a PASS but the device stayed stuck on Samsung Logo. Pulled the battery then boot into Download Mode then hit Restart. Everythings fine but the device wasnt rooted so I used Kingo to finish the root. Finally rooted properly so I flashed Omega Rom V6 for the N9005 model. Everything was fine but I noticed my Android OS was draining a bit of battery life so I decided to flash a new Kernel. The kernel I used was in Omega Files Pro but it was for a different baseband. MD3 or something like that...cant remember. (I KNOW THIS MY FAULT FOR FLASHING A DIFFERENT KERNEL) So after the reboot my device was working fine. But after turning it off and on my baseband went to UNKNOWN. So I tried flashing Stock kernel but didnt help. So I flashed Omega Rom V6 again and still no luck. I then flashed Original Stock Firmware from Sammobile. Got a PASS but the device kept turning on and after about 30 secs it would turn back off and on again for another 30secs..roughly. Flashed Stock Firmware again now I get a fail.....

My warranty is voided obviously because of root.

When I turn the device on normally i get this...

ODIN MODE

Knox Kernel Lock: 0x0

This looks like a carrier rom - "hidden" partition. Most of these seem to fail when flashing as the partition table is larger for these carrier roms... You need a pit file.
If you flashed another rom recently that wasn't carrier it may have reduced the partition table size so when you flash the carrier rom it no longer fits - this is just a theory..
