Hello Team,
I have the same issue, playstore does not be clear or blacked out, also gmscore does not change into clear. Googleplus, also notifies a force close. Can't flash, so would it be possible to have a signed apk?

A couple things you can do is turn off the auto update in playstore settings, or you can uninstall the update itself in application manager and it will put you on your previous blacked out version. It's a lot to to keep up with for the devs (I'm not a dev by any means) but more times than not the updates that get pushed out are not crucial and when they are, the devs are quick to jump on it. May not be the fix your looking for but I'm one to grin and bear it... being that they put in so much time into it and put it out there for us to enjoy for free....

If you flashed the new playstore and Google plus without uninstalling updates on them first then if you reboot it will revert to the non themed ones. You must uninstall updates before flashing. To answer the question about installable apk's....if we could we would but they don't work that way once we theme them.

Edit..Google settings are device specific now...we can't provide it themed anymore. I would ask your theme creator to add it...I'm about to add it to mine.

Have flashed latest store directly over previous ands worx fine,no probs anywhere.thanx for updates.:thumbup:

I had the issue with playstore reverting then I downloaded from the website rather than the updater app and it was fine.
Could this be used to theme google settings? It looks promising but a bit beyond me at the moment

No that process can't theme styles that we use to invert apps. That is used on most stock roms that can't use the theme chooser. Just to change the Wi-Fi and system images only...font colors but it's nothing I would use. Theme chooser is much better in terms of theming apps completely. But it also has limitations...thus why b_boy and I started TeamBlackOut. To completely theme our devices in and out with these apps and our theme chooser apk's.

I've tried just about every way I can think of, and play store keeps reverting to "plain Jane" version, getting pretty frustrated

Yes- I un-installed the updates, opened the updater premium app, let it reboot to recovery and install the new blacked out 4.3.11 version. Opened it up, it's blacked out. Went in to settings/about, btw it says version 4.2.9 (wtf?) Closed settings after selecting "do not auto update apps"- opened again, white version showed its ugly head. ...

This time, I flashed google+ holoclear and it does force close. Google+ was not installed before. With googlekeep there was no problem.

I always fresh install mine when I flash a new ROM.
I always zip them up in a package so I don't have to do them individually.

I got G+ installed no problem but for some reason I can't get playstore black or holo blue installed. I uninstalled the playstore from the all apps, then reboot and flash and it didn't install... Then tried uninstall with titanium reboot then flash. And it isn't in apps. Gets a error about msg saying play services needs play store. Never had a issue before so not sure what's going on. I even let the tbo app try the install and same thing happens.

Everyone...delete the files on your sdcard first before downloading the new updates...I saw that mine weren't getting replaced or the download was incomplete if the old one was still there...try that and it should be fine..clear playstore is still showing the old version though..I've told b_boy and he'll get that fixed.

T-BOTs are the Team Black Out Testers. When we update an app or start a new one from scratch, we can put anywhere from 20 minutes to 10 hours into 1 app for all of you and then testing that app can take 10-60 minutes and we don't use every app we Black Out so we're bound to miss some hidden things. Well, this is where our Loyal T-BOTs come into play. Once we update an app they get busy looking for issues for us. This gives us more time to be able to update more apps, start new apps or just have some non-android fun. So make sure you thank the T-BOTs when you get blown away from how amazing these apps are!
Obviously this style is the most popular. We don't theme our apps with images but rather Invert the Colors so you'll have Dark backgrounds and Light texts. This is very popular and has become something that many avid Android users have come to thoroughly enjoy so we will do our best to give you more of what you love!
Transparent apps have become more popular the last year or so and some members of the Team have been offering them for a while now. Our transparent series of apps are called Clear Apps. Being able to see your wallpaper while you're using your favorite apps is just cool! We'll be offering our own wallpapers soon for you to use!

Many updates for the holidays we will close the thread tomorrow night to get update issues fixed if any reported. This is the LAST update until the New year but I will add some wallpapers in the next few days...keep an eye out!
